How to allow comments for older Posts in wordpress

Login to wp-admin of your website i.e. http://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin , goto the Settings => Discussion

check the  chekbox

1) Allow people  to Post Comment on New Articles

Either uncheck the checkbox ,

2) Automatically close comments on articles older than
days or check the checkbox and increase the Number of Days to a Large value ,  greater than the number of days from the day you have posted the article. Click Save Changes.

 

404 joomla component not found

In order to fix the issue login to your  joomla website as an administrator http://website.com/administrator, click Global Configuration and in the SEO settings at right hand side check radio button No for Search Engine Friendly URLs and click Save .

 


Simplest Way to Install WordPress on your website

1) Download the latest version of wordpress  and extract it in the root folder of your website . Make sure the root folder  has write and modify permissions.

2) Create a mysql database , database user name and password .

3) Rename wp-config-sample.php to wp-config.php . Edit the wp-config.php  and put in the database details , Mysql hostname is localhost .

/** MySQL database username */
define(‘DB_USER’, ‘databaseusername’);

/** MySQL database password */
define(‘DB_PASSWORD’, ‘passw0rd’);

4) Now browse your website and wordpress will be installed automatically on your site .
