Repair.exe Plesk Syntax

1) Goto Command prompt

2) Type Cd %plesk_cli%

3) The Path will be changed to C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\bin>

4) Execute the Following Command  repair.exe  –reconfigure-web-site -web-site-name domainname

The page isn’t redirecting properly Plesk Control Panel login Issue

The Issue Usually Occurs if a domain In a Subscription is in Suspended state or is deactivated .

In order to fix the issue activate the deactivated domain from plesk or you can change the Status of the Domain to active from the PSA Database by Editing the domains table . Status = 0 is active status of domain in Plesk .

Now you can login to plesk with the Client Login details.

Unable to activate subscription: The subscription is suspended because its subscriber was suspended

In Plesk You will usually find that the Domain is Active but the subscription is in Suspended State . When you try to activate the Subscription from Plesk you will get the below error

In order to Solve the issue , connect to the PSA database and execute the following  two querries

Query 1

1) mysql> select status, webspace_status from domains where name=’domainname.com’

If the result of the Query is webspace_status=2 then that means the Subscription is suspended

If the result of the Query is webspace_status=0 then that means the Subscription is Active .

Query 2

2) mysql> update domains set webspace_status=0 where name=’domainname.com’
